A large 1970s 9ct gold and amethyst pendant with a decorative setting. A single oval cut amethyst is mounted at the heart of this pendant in a rubover setting. It is a beautiful rich deep purple colour which is perfectly complemented by its yellow gold setting. Beautiful open metalwork surrounds the amethyst making this pendant unique in design. The metal forms two rows of abstract shapes, the inner row is polished and the outer row has a textured finish.
The pendant comes with a 9ct yellow gold 18″ trace chain.
