Description
This antique 18ct yellow gold ring was made circa 1900 and is set with a line of five beautifully matched sapphire stones. On either side there are seven old cut diamonds. The deep blue of the sapphires highly compliment the lovely white sparkle of the diamonds. The ring has ornate shoulders with scroll detailing.
This cluster ring falls within the ”boat” description of antique jewellery. It’s almost marquise shaped body, and deep gallery, gives the ring a solid body, closely relating to boat, hence the name of this unique and stunning style.
