A stunning platinum mounted pink topaz and diamond pendant on chain comprising an oval cut pink topaz surrmounted with a trefoil of old cut diamonds with 2 drop old cut diamonds above with a further old cut diamond trefoil attached to an 18ct yellow gold chain. All milgrain set.
