A fine gold mounted diamond cluster bar brooch comprising a central old cut diamond surrounded by 6 old cut diamonds.
The diamond are set in a white metal and the top of the bar brooch is also white metal.
Item is not hallmarked but has been tested as 18ct white gold and 18ct yellow gold.
