A graduated cultured pearl necklace with an 18ct white gold diamond set clasp. This elegant necklace is a timeless and sophisticated piece. The pearls are round and white with a beautiful lustre. They are strung in a graduated sequence, with the smallest pearls near the clasp and the larger ones displayed towards the front. Each pearl is strung on knotted silk thread, this separates the pearls, allowing each individual pearl to stand out.
What really makes this piece stand out is its gorgeous diamond set clasp. The Art Deco clasp is made of 18ct white gold and is adorned with nine antique old-cut diamonds. The diamonds are pavé set, a typical feature of antique jewellery from the Art Deco period. The clasp is further enhanced by its intricate millgrain detailing, with tiny bead-like edges framing the clasp and each diamond.
This necklace measures 18″ in length.
