Description
A vintage 1980s pearl and amethyst brooch made of 9ct yellow gold. An interesting and unique brooch with beautiful metalwork forming gold leaves, flowers and bows.
The outer corners of the brooch are set with round purple amethysts in rubover settings with millgrain edges. The amethysts are surrounded by a gold bow design.
There are two gold flowers on the brooch with round white pearl centres. These flowers are separated from the amethysts by beautiful decorative gold leaves.
This elegant brooch is hallmarked as 375 9ct gold, Birmingham 1984.
The pin to the reverse of the brooch is secure and and has an added safety catch.
The brooch measures 39 mm x 21 mm.
