Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days via Royal Mail (signed for services)
Please note there may be an extended dispatched time for some orders placed e.g. ring sizing, engraving etc. Extended dispatch times may range from 7 – 14 working days, in this event you will be notified.
Delivery Charges
All UK delivery orders (jewellery only) – Free of charge
Delivery of larger silver items will be quoted on per item basis
European delivery – Quote upon request
Overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s international delivery service and can take up to 15 working days to arrive subject to customs clearance
Overseas customers please note – any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibly of the customer
Returns and Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us right away. Orders for item(s) that have been customised to your specifications cannot be cancelled if the work has begun e.g. ring size adjusted, item engraved etc
Returns Policy (for online purchases only)
If you would like to return unwanted or faulty items that you have purchased from us for refund or exchange, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Please contact us via email (enquiries@goodwinsantiques.com) or post within 14 days of receipt to confirm that you will be returning the goods.
Item(s) must be unused, in pristine condition and be returned with the original presentation box. Please note the exceptions listed below. You may also return your purchase to our premises for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us if you plan to return your order, provided the relevant conditions are met a refund, excluding any postal charges will be issued with 14 days of receipt of your returns parcel.
You are responsible for the safe return of item(s). We recommend that you return the item(s) using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. Goodwins cannot accept any responsibility for returned items via post. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item(s) are deemed as being faulty.
Exceptions
Refunds cannot be given for item(s) customised to your specifications e.g. size adjusted, engraved and/or made to order.
Damaged Items
All items are thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatched. In the rare instance that your item has become damaged during transit please notify us within 3 working days of receipt. Please return any damaged packaging when returning your item(s).
