Antique French gilt brass carriage clock
Drocourt, Paris. Circa 1860.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals and makers name Drocourt a Paris.
Two train movement striking the hours and the halves on a bell, with outside countwheel on the backplate, the backplate also signed Drocourt, Paris. and with a large gilded lever escapement viewable through the top window.
Gilt brass floral engraved case with swing handle and bevelled glass plates.
Dimensions; 3.25 inches / 8.5cm wide,
2.75 inches / 7.5cm deep,
5.75 inches / 15cm high with the handle up.
In good working order.
