Description
An Antique Georgian mourning ring in fine gold. Of elongated oval design. The central panel would have originally held either a picture or a lock of hair of the person who had died but is currently empty. There is a panel of olive coloured silk replacing the missing hair.
The back of the panel is engraved: A.C Aged 86 Died 1790.
