Description
This fine antique sterling silver sugar caster has a baluster shaped form onto a spreading domed foot.
The body of this large caster is embellished with impressive embossed and chased floral and scrolling leaf decoration incorporating a scroll bordered cartouche with a blank background suitable for engraving.The silver caster retains the original hallmarked push fit, pierced, cover.
The cover is surmounted by impressive sterling silver urn style finial.
The surface of the foot is encircled with a fine scalloped decorated border.
